Monday, Wednesday, and Friday: These days are dedicated to our guided training videos. Each workout is structured around timed intervals, with each movement performed for 30-60 seconds, followed by a designated rest period. You’ll complete multiple rounds of these exercises, targeting all major muscle groups, building strength, and increasing endurance.
Tuesday and Thursday: These are your cardio days! We encourage you to pick a cardio activity that you enjoy, whether it’s walking, running, jump rope, dancing, or any other form of movement that gets your heart rate up. To support you, we’ve provided a list of cardio options so you can vary your workouts and keep things fresh.
