How is the Program Structured?

Here’s how your weekly schedule will look:

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday: These days are dedicated to our guided training videos. Each workout is structured around timed intervals, with each movement performed for 30-60 seconds, followed by a designated rest period. You’ll complete multiple rounds of these exercises, targeting all major muscle groups, building strength, and increasing endurance. Tuesday and Thursday: These are your cardio days! We encourage you to pick a cardio activity that you enjoy, whether it’s walking, running, jump rope, dancing, or any other form of movement that gets your heart rate up. To support you, we’ve provided a list of cardio options so you can vary your workouts and keep things fresh.

    Yes! This program is designed to be done entirely from home with minimal equipment, making it accessible and convenient no matter your setup.

    You’ll need a set of 5-pound dumbbells to complete some of the exercises. All other movements use body weight, so no additional equipment is required.
